Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains, in plain words, what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we protect it, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
01 What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical information needed to keep the website working and secure.
- When you use our contact form or chat bubble: your name, email address, phone number, the service and plan you choose, and your message.
- For spam protection: a scrambled (hashed) form of your network (IP) address and the time you sent a message. We cannot read your actual IP address from it.
- A session cookie that keeps the contact form secure while you use the site. It is deleted when you close your browser.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
02 Why we collect it
We use your information only to:
- Reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
- Discuss, deliver, and support a project you ask us to work on.
- Protect the website from spam and abuse.
We will not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.
03 How we store and protect it
Enquiries are sent to our business email and saved as a backup on our web server, in a folder that cannot be opened from the internet. Only authorized members of our team can access them.
We keep enquiries for [2 years] after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep project records for as long as needed to support your project and meet legal requirements.
04 Who we share it with
We do not share your personal information, except with services we need to run this website and reply to you:
- Our web hosting and email provider, which store the website and our email.
- Facebook Messenger, if you choose to continue a conversation there. Your chat is then covered by Meta's own privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if required by law or by a lawful order.
05 Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your personal information is used.
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete or block your information.
- Object to how we process your information.
- File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
To use any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will reply within [15 days].
06 Children
This website is for businesses and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
07 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
